| Melanie MizziMy current role as administrator in the Higher Education Vocational sector has turned out to be gratifyingly challenging and intellectually stimulating. In my capacity as Deputy Director of the Institute of Art and Design, which forms part of the Malta College of Arts, Sciences and Technology, I embrace and promote life-long learning as a vehicle of individual development, social integration and economic growth. These values, together with a desire for personal affirmation, naturally pushed me towards taking up a course leading to my next target academic level. While the choice of Masters courses is ample, I easily gravitated towards the MSc in Strategic Innovation and Future Creation for a set of personal and professional reasons, namely
The programme exceeded my expectations from all aspects: the content covered throughout the different modules was highly interrelated and could be applied to practical, real-life contexts; the international aspect of the course undeniably adds value to it, as interacting with people with varied socio-cultural backgrounds leads to novel, unexpected insights; the prestigious line-up of lecturers from the four partner institutions, as well as other speakers with different industrial, entrepreneurial and managerial backgrounds, shared knowledge and expertise which is current and relevant. This is proving to be a tremendously exciting learning experience, uniquely bringing together creativity, innovation management, futures studies and entrepreneurship. I would recommend this course to individuals who are looking for a different take on management, leadership and entrepreneurial practice, and who believe in their own ability to develop their creative, foresight and entrepreneurial skills for the progression of their personal and professional potential.

| Chantal SciberrasI am currently employed within the Maltese Diplomatic Service, the main task of which is to promote Malta and its interests abroad. Prior to my joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malta I worked in a variety of fields, relatively unrelated to my present job, including hospitality, travel, retail as well as within the former institute for the promotion of small enterprises. Meanwhile my educational background is public policy and private and public management. A few years after I graduated I felt the need to further my studies in a field that would give me an alternative and enhanced perspective in the undertaking of my tasks and responsibilities, both within my job and also as an option for future advancement and development. Thus, I started searching for options and my attention was drawn to this Masters programme. Its features of being an international programme, delivered by four renowned European Universities and thus promising to deliver innovative content, which went beyond the scope of other programmes, prompted me to undertake this M.Sc. I must say I never regretted my choice and I am immensely satisfied by the course, its alternative and flexible delivery and most importantly the variety of topics tackled, which may be applied in all sectors, be they private, public or voluntary. Thus I would recommend this Masters to anyone who may wish to garner new perspectives on how to tackle business, in any context, who may wish a challenging alternative to an MBA and finally for those who wish to have their creative thought processes reignited.
