Learning Objectives
On successful completion of the course you will be able to contribute to the development of corporate strategy by integrating and applying theories and concepts from the fields of entrepreneurship, creativity, innovation management and foresight in practice.
The course will give you the skills to:
- develop an understanding of the role of creativity and innovation for value creation and competitiveness
- reflect on theory and develop initiatives to achieve changes in organisational culture and behaviour which will enhance competitiveness and equip them for future challenges
- develop and contrast future scenarios and appropriate corporate strategies based upon the application of corporate foresight methodologies
- analyse and reflect upon normative approaches to the strategic development of organisations and the behaviours which underpin their successful implementation
